Fremm\u00f8dt ca. 40 personer.<\/p>\n<p>Dertil bestyrelsen i VOKV, Christian (projektchef fra Isoplus), Kim (journalist fra Dansk Fjernvarme) &amp; Hans J\u00f8rgen (driftsleder VOKV).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Velkomst ved Morten (formand i VOKV), som kunne sl\u00e5 fast at der nu er hold i projektet og godkendelse fra kommunen. Samt at der nu kan s\u00e6ttes priser osv. Der er naturligvis mulighed for at tilmelde sig VOKV fra nu af, samt bede om VVS bes\u00f8g.<\/li>\n<li>Nybyggerier p\u00e5 79 huse, er vigtig i sammenh\u00e6ngen og g\u00f8r at der er god \u00f8konomi.<\/li>\n<li>VOKV forh\u00e5bning er 200 forbrugere i l\u00f8bet af 2018 og 50-100 yderligere i l\u00f8bet af 2019.<\/li>\n<li>Gennemgang af VOKV udvikling.<\/li>\n<li>Gennemgang af budgettet efter Haslund projekt er gennemf\u00f8rt &amp; energistyrelsens gennemsnit for de forskellige opvarmningsformer i et standardhus.<\/li>\n<li>Forklaring p\u00e5 selskabsl\u00f8sning af et varmev\u00e6rk, som jo ikke skal lave overskud eller underskud. Der er udelukkende andelshaverne til at dele overskud eller underskud.<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l fra salen om grundbel\u00f8bet, Morten forklarede sammenh\u00e6ngen.<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l til investering i varmekilder, Morten forklarede sammenh\u00e6ng mellem nye varmekilder og l\u00e5nemuligheder. S\u00e5 en evt. ny varmekilde er ikke ensbetydende med h\u00f8jere pris for varmen.<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l til tilslutningspris om fx 2 \u00e5r. Det klart bedste er at flest muligt tilsluttes fra start, af hensyn til selskabets total\u00f8konomi. Tilslutningspris besluttes altid af den siddende bestyrelse, s\u00e5 der kan ikke gives et endeligt svar p\u00e5 pris om 2 \u00e5r.<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l til hvad pris er hvis stik ligges ind men forbrug afventer. Hvis der er tale om f\u00e5 m\u00e5neder s\u00e5 tager vi ikke andet end tilslutningsprisen. Men er der tale om \u00e5r, s\u00e5 vil vi formentligt opkr\u00e6ve den \u00e5rlige grundafgift.<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l omkring solvarme, hvorvidt det m\u00e5 benyttes samtidig med fjernvarme? Morten forklarede at der normalt ikke m\u00e5 v\u00e6re mere end \u00e9t vandb\u00e5ret anl\u00e6g i huset. Men ogs\u00e5 at n\u00e5r f\u00f8rst fjernvarmen er tilsluttet, vil driftsudgifter og vedligehold p\u00e5 solvarmeanl\u00e6g sikkert g\u00f8re det knapt s\u00e5 interessant.<\/li>\n<li>Christian fra Isoplus gennemg\u00e5r ledningsarbejde, underboringer, graveforhold, vejrlig osv. og prim\u00e6rt er transmissionsledning fokus PT. Ugeplan for M\u00f8llevangsvej forelagt. Samt forventede tilslutningsforl\u00f8b.<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l til b\u00e6kkens undergravning, Morten og Christian forklarede sammenh\u00e6ngen.<\/li>\n<li>Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l til private-\/f\u00e6llesvej om opgravning og reetablering. Christian pointerede at vi graver efter kommunens anvisninger, men selvf\u00f8lgelig helst efterlader omr\u00e5det til alles tilfredsstillelse.<\/li>\n<li>OBS p\u00e5 Haslundk\u00e6rvej som er smal og busrute skal stadig omkring.
